No. Our Heritage Armchair is a faithful reproduction, designed as a tribute to one of the most iconic designs of the 20th century. Our goal is to make this masterpiece of comfort and style accessible to design enthusiasts who do not wish to invest the price of a collector's item. We focus on respecting the proportions, the spirit of the design, and the use of very high-quality materials.
Is the quality comparable to an original?
Our armchair is a faithful reproduction paying homage to the original design. We focus on using high-quality materials (vegan leather, 7-ply wood) and respecting the proportions to offer an aesthetic and comfort level very close to the original, at an accessible price.
Is the armchair difficult to assemble?
No, assembly is simple and takes only 15 minutes. The base attaches to the shell with a few included screws. The ottoman comes pre-assembled.
Is the armchair comfortable for extended use?
Absolutely. Comfort is the very essence of this design. The 15-degree tilt, thick cushions, and synergy with the ottoman are designed to offer an optimal position for relaxation—ideal for reading, listening to music, or simply relaxing for hours.
Do you offer other services or furniture?
Yes, absolutely. Immuable is much more than just an online store. • Interior Design: We specialize in interior layout for residential projects (houses, condos) and the hospitality sector. Our team can guide you from the initial concept to the completion of your space. • Custom Orders: Our selection is not limited to what is shown on the site. If you desire a specific finish (a different wood type, another fabric/color) or if you are looking for a different furniture model, please do not hesitate to contact us.

What are the delivery times and costs?
We offer free pickup and the opportunity to try out our products at our boutique in the Old Port of Quebec. We also deliver anywhere in Quebec and Ontario for $75. Your order is usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days. It is then handled by a specialized carrier who will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. For other provinces, fees apply and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy?
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt of your merchandise. To initiate the process, you must contact our customer service by email at [email protected]. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who is also responsible for insuring the merchandise and providing us with a tracking number. Once the item has been inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the price of the returned items.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
This is very rare, but if it does happen, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange an exchange or a solution as soon as possible, at no cost to you.
Can I pick up my armchair at the boutique?
Absolutely! We also offer the opportunity to see, touch, and try our models and their fabrics at our boutique in the Old Port of Quebec before placing an order. What is the warranty on the armchair?
Your armchair is covered by the Immuable 1-Year Warranty. This warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects (manufacturing defects in the frame, cushions, and upholstery, and anomalies related to hidden material defects). It does not cover normal wear and tear of the upholstery, or damage caused by misuse or improper care.
What is not covered by the warranty?
This warranty does not cover: 1. Normal wear and tear 2. Damage caused by misuse, accident, negligence, or modification of the product 3. Natural changes to materials over time (patina, slight fading, softening of cushions, etc.)
How do I make a warranty claim?
To make a warranty claim: 1. Contact our customer service via email at [email protected], including your order number. 2. Attach detailed photos and a precise description of the issue. 3. After review, we will determine the appropriate solution (repair or replacement of defective parts). No claims can be accepted without following this procedure.
How should I care for my armchair?
1. For wood: Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. 2. For leather: Clean stains with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Apply a leather conditioner once or twice a year to maintain its suppleness. 3. For fabric: Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment. For stains, use a suitable upholstery cleaner. 4. For the aluminum base: A simple damp cloth is sufficient.
